The deadline for applying to the first-year intermediate course for the academic year 2023–2024 has been extended by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education to October 9.
The decision was communicated by the board to all junior college principals in a circular. According to the circular, enrolling in a programme at a private junior college requires payment of a Rs 1,000 late charge. All government and government sector institutions will provide admission to this programme without charging a late fee. The last day of entry will not be further extended, it was added.
The Board stated, “All the principals are instructed to take necessary action to admit the candidates into Intermediate first year until the last date. This will ensure that eligible students are not deprived of the opportunity to pursue their higher education.”
How to Apply for TS Inter First Year Admissions in 2023
The following procedures must be followed by qualified applicants in order to apply online for TS Inter First Year Admissions 2023:
- The official website may be found at tsbie.cgg.gov.in.
- Select the link for first-year admission for intermediate.
- Choose the Mandal and district where you want to enrol, if applicable.
- The colleges list will then display.
- The applicant must choose their first choice from the list of colleges.

This year, 61.68% of students passed the Intermediate First Year 2023 TSIBE test. 4,33,082 students in all showed up for the board test, and 2,72,208 normal first-year students and 25,553 vocational students were deemed successful.
