Allotment through Mock:

The counselling process is practised during a mock allocation (according to a schedule that will be provided later). A candidate will be able to see how their choices and rankings will likely affect their chances of gaining a seat in a preferred Institute and will be able to get an idea of their preliminary allotment. Based on this mock seat allocation, students are also permitted to change their preferred choices. Students should be informed that once the choices are locked, they will not be able to change them. Always keep in mind that the Mock Seat allotment is merely indicative and not definitive. Candidates are urged to prioritise the Institute and all academic programmes by utilising the mock seat allocations.
