WBJEE 2023 Counselling commences registration today at wbjeeb.nic.in; documents required, how to register

Today, July 20, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will begin the registration process for the WBJEE counselling for the year 2023. Candidates can register online at wbjeeb.nic.in once the WBJEE registration link will be live.
From July 20 to July 25, candidates can register and complete their WBJEE counselling options. On July 27, the authorities will announce the mock seat distribution results for the West Bengal JEE. WBJEEB will offer the starting and ending ranks for each round of seat allocation throughout the counselling procedure.
WBJEE 2023 Counselling: Online registration procedures
Candidates can finish the registration for WBJEE 2023 counselling by doing the following:
- Check out the WBJEE counselling webpage.
- To register for WBJEE counselling, click the link.
- When registering as a new candidate, select “New Candidate Registration” and specify whether you want to use WBJEE, JEE Main, or both.
- Give your application number, roll number, name, and birthdate when registering for the WBJEE.
- Enter your unique application number, roll number, name, and birthdate to register for JEE Main 2023.
- Enter the details for BO if you chose both examinations
- To finish the registration procedure, click “Submit”.
In order to secure their preferred seats in West Bengal’s undergraduate engineering programmes, students are encouraged to keep informed and actively participate in the counselling process.
WBJEEB will make the first round of WBJEE 2023 seat allocation results public on August 1. On August 8, the WBJEE round two seat allocation results will be released.
Candidates must upload specific papers, including their West Bengal-domiciled certificates in the required formats, their Class 10th admission cards, their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, and other required documents, in order to register online and finish the WBJEE counselling registration.
Key points for WBJEE Round 1 Allotment:
First round allocation will be announced on a predetermined date.
According on the candidate’s inputs, allocation will be made.
Candidates can log in and view their allocation.
The candidate’s seat in the institute and course will be shown by the allotment status.
The applicant must download the allotment letter and pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 5000 online.
The present seat allocation will be cancelled and the applicant will not be given consideration for a seat in the upgrade round (i.e., exit) if the seat acceptance fee is not paid.
The candidate must report to the designated institute with the allotment letter and all other papers for physical verification after downloading the allotment letter.

All Candidates: Class 10 Admit Card or Birth Certificate for verification of date of birth
All Candidates: Class 10 Mark Sheet
All Candidates: Class 12 Mark Sheet
Domicile Certificate for West Bengal domiciled candidates
Caste certificate (if applicable)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
TFW Certificate (if applicable)
The candidate will instantly lose their seat in the current round of allotment if they don’t show up for document verification, and they will be eliminated from consideration for seat allocation in the upgrade round
The applicant’s allotment or admission will be cancelled if it is determined at any point that they are ineligible for it after careful examination by any relevant body.
