The recruitment process involves three stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85 Marks
- Subjects: Bengali, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Clerical Aptitude
- Negative Marking: ¼ mark deducted per wrong answer
- Duration: 2 hours
Descriptive Written Test (DWT) – 50 Marks (Qualifying Only)
- Candidates in a 1:10 ratio (based on CBT scores) will be called for this test.
- Minimum 30% marks (15 out of 50) required to qualify.
Interview – 15 Marks
- Candidates in a 1:6 ratio (based on DWT performance) will be called.
