UP NEET UG counseling 2023: Round 2 schedule declared; registration process begins from August 16

The schedule for the state’s second round of NEET UG counselling 2023 has been released by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh. Starting on August 16, you can register for the second round of UP NEET UG counselling 2023. On the official website, upneet.gov.in, applicants can register.
By August 19, candidates must pay the security deposit. On August 19, the round 2 merit list will be made public, and on August 21 choice-filling will start. On August 25 or 26, the results of the second round of seat allocation will be released. Between August 28 and September 2, candidates must report to the colleges. On September 1, the new session will begin.

No further registration is necessary for candidates who enrolled for the first round. If they want to apply in round 2 but did not register, they must pay Rs 2,000. Candidates who already had their documents validated are also exempt from having to do so.
UP NEET PG Counselling 2023: Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must have graduated from an accredited medical school in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- Candidates who reside in Uttar Pradesh and hold an MBBS degree from an institution outside of the state may also apply for UP NEET PG 2022 counselling (15% AIQ seat).
- The only candidates eligible for admission to government, state, private, or deemed universities are those who have completed the MBBS or BDS programme in Uttar Pradesh.
- Only seats in private universities are open to applicants who did not complete their MBBS degree in Uttar Pradesh and are not residents of that state.
- By July 30, 2023, he or she must have finished the required rotational internship.
- He or she must have passed the NEET PG.
