Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Must be a Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an additional qualification in law.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in any reputed Industrial/Infrastructure/Finance organization.
• Experience in handling Company law matters, regulatory and procedural compliances, secretarial matters, and acting as a link between the company, board, government, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Government/PSU experience.

Age Limit: (As of 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 30 years

TPIPL Salary 2025

• Company Secretary: Rs. 80,000/- per month
