The NEET UG 2022 counseling Round 2 Choice Filling procedure started On November 4(Today). The option-filling procedure was originally supposed to begin on November 3, however it was delayed by a day since the registration process began a day later than expected.
The registration period for the second round began yesterday, November 3, rather than November 2. The deadline for choice filling is November 8 at 11:55 p.m. The choice-locking round will take place on November 8 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:55 p.m. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has additionally added 156 seats for NEET UG counseling 2022 Round 2.
Candidates must first register for the NEET UG counseling 2022 before beginning the selection procedure. It should be noted that in order to participate in Round 2 counseling, one must register individually for this round. Even if a candidate enrolled and participated in Round 1, he or she must register again for Round 2.

How to Fill Choices for NEET UG Counseling 2022
Candidates will have to follow the below steps to fill choices for NEET UG counseling 2022:
- Visit the MCC’s official webpage at mcc.nic.in.
- Enter the User ID and Password in the Login tab.
- Select the ‘Available Options’ option.
- When the candidate clicks the “Choice Filling” icon, the options based on individual eligibility requirements are presented in the left side basket, and when the applicant clicks the button for the needed choice, it is picked. The selected option will be removed from the left basket and added to the right basket.
- Candidates must select the ‘Save & Continue option.
- Candidates can adjust the order of their preferences by clicking on the Upper Arrow./button to move up, the Down Arrow button to go down, and the delete button to remove the pre-selected institutes.
- Choice Interchange (Swapping) may be performed by selecting relevant choices as source and destination to enable swapping and reordering of all the options.
- The candidate can click the appropriate box, for deletion of one choice, if he or she wishes to remove a specific or group of choices. Furthermore, if the applicant wants to eliminate numerous options at once, he or she can select the relevant boxes for deletion and approve the action, which will erase all undesired options.
Important – The registration deadline for NEET UG counseling 2022 Round 2 is November 7, 11 AM. The seat allocation results will be announced on November 11.
