The MBA and MCA seats in Telangana have been opened for competition. The registration notification for the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TG ICET) 2025 has been published and candidates can now start preparing for it. The exam will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda this year as per the announcement by Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
The dates are set for the examinations, which will take place on June 8 and 9, 2025. The tests will be administered in an online, computer-based test (CBT) format and will occur in several sessions.

There are no changes in the exam pattern or syllabus compared to TG ICET 2024, which brings some relief to repeat test takers.
Who Can Apply? TG ICET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
For MBA Aspirants:
You must have a Bachelor’s degree (3 years minimum) in any stream (like B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA, B.Tech, B.Pharm etc.) except in Oriental Languages.
For MCA Aspirants:
You should have Mathematics as a subject at the 10+2 level or during graduation, along with a recognized degree such as BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.A.
General Criteria:
- ODL (Open and Distance Learning) degrees must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEC/DEB.
- Minimum Marks:
- **General/Unreserved category ** – 50%
- **SC/ST/BC Candidates ** – 45%
TG ICET 2025 Exam Pattern
There are 200 multiple-choice questions in the examination and no negative marking. The paper consists of 3 sections:
