Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

   • First-class Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering from reputed institutions like IITs or IIMs.
2. Desirable:

   • Strong knowledge of the Industry-Academia ecosystem.

Experience

• Essential:
  • A minimum of 7 years in technology business sectors focusing on technology development, commercialization, and deployment.
  • Proven leadership as a CTO or similar role in Industry 4.0 technologies for mining and exploration.
• Desirable:
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation in the mining sector.
  • Strong collaborative and planning skills.

Age Limit

• Maximum: 50 years (Relaxable for exceptional candidates).

Compensation

• Salary: ₹18-20 lakhs per annum (with 3-10% annual increment based on performance).
