The Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Management-Business Management (PGDM-BM) admissions process has begun at the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) for the academic batch 2024–26.
On the official website, spjimr.org, applicants with a bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an accredited university may apply for the programmes. Students enrolled in the undergraduate final year degree may also apply for admission.
The Graduate Management Test (GMAT) and the Common Admission Test (CAT) will be used to determine admission, according to the SPJIMER. Between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2023, students need to have passed both the CAT and the GMAT. According to the institute, admission is accessible to both recent graduates and those with up to five years of experience. Before November 24, students can apply for both diploma programmes using a single form.
The institute provides 36 seats to foreign nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and 240 places to Indian citizens in the PGDM curriculum. The PGDM-BM programme offers 120 places per year.
From the specialisations available in finance, information management, marketing, operations, and supply chain, PGDM candidates can choose two. According to the SPJIMR, the PGDM-BM programme offers comprehensive training in all functional management areas and lets students choose their course selection based on their professional aspirations.
The Association of MBAs and the global body Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) have both granted the institute accreditation. The educational trust Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB) includes the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) as one of its constituents.
