Sikkim University has announced two vacancies for this research project:

1. Research Assistant: 01

2. Field Investigator: 01

Eligibility Criteria

1. Research Assistant

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Applied Geology with at least 55% marks and NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in water resources research
• Monthly Salary: ₹37,000/-
• Tenure: Initially 3 months, extendable up to the duration of the project based on performance

2. Field Investigator

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Applied Geology with at least 55% marks
• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000/-
• Tenure: 2 months

Both positions are purely temporary and will be co-terminus with the project, which runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
