RMPS AMU City School Students Shine at Sport Championships

Aligarh : Students of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh AMU City School have brought laurels to the institution with their performances in national and international championships.
Master Chirag Mathur, a Class 12 student, clinched a gold medal in the semi-contact category and a bronze medal in the full-contact category at the 6th National Qwankido (All India Taekwondo Championship) held in Indore.
Master Mohammad Tahreem Khan, a Class 11 Commerce student, won a bronze medal in the 7th National Open Kyorgi Taekwondo Championship held in Lucknow from January 16-20, 2025. He also secured third place at the state level.
Master Shivam, a Class 12 Science student, showcased remarkable talent at the International Para Badminton Championship in Indonesia, securing a top-16 position globally.
The Principal of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh AMU City School, Syed Tanweer Nabi, remarked, “Our students are excelling in both academics and sports, bringing glory to the institution. The school remains committed to supporting and nurturing their talents.”
