  Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (initially 3 years + extendable for 2 more years by VC/RLDA)

Eligibility Criteria

For Joint General Manager (Civil):

• Working on analogous posts OR
• Group ‘A’ officer in Pay Level 13 or Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways OR
• Civil Engineering officer with equivalent grade and 9 years of Group ‘A’ service OR
• Equivalent service in PSUs, Statutory Authorities, or Central/State Government organizations

For Deputy General Manager (Civil):

• Working on analogous posts OR
• Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Gazetted officer in Pay Level 12 or Level 11 from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs/Statutory Authority
• Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/’B’ OR
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in Planning & Execution of Land/Estate projects
2. Work experience related to Land Management
3. Knowledge of Tendering processes
4. Computer proficiency
