Rajasthan has released the schedule for the stray vacancy phase of NEET UG Counselling 2023. The application period will begin on September 22, 2023.
“Both parts of the application form (Part 1 and Part 2) must be filled out and completed.” Candidates who were unable to complete all sections (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form before may now do so. Those who have previously registered/applied do not need to register/apply again. Their participation in the stray vacancy round, however, is contingent on their eligibility. Candidates who withdrew with a forfeiture of security money in Round 2 allocation and had not previously registered may apply again, subject to their eligibility for participation in the Stray vacant round,” according to the official statement.

On September 23, 2023, the tentative seat matrix will be announced. The online application form must be submitted by September 24, 2023, and the application fee must be deposited at the website by September 24, 2023, up to 4 p.m.
Seat allotment on merit, together with submission of all original papers before the Board, is set for September 27, 2023, to September 28, 2023, at the RUHS College of Dental Sciences (GDC), Subhash Nagar, Behind T.B. Hospital, Jaipur.
Candidates must physically present themselves for allotment on the scheduled slot, accompanied with all original educational and qualifying credentials. Candidates who are assigned to the Govt./Rajmes Medical College/RUHS CMS/RUHS CDS must furnish the required bond at the time of appointment.
The security deposit for MBBS and BDS programmes at all Government Medical, Govt. Society Medical Colleges, RUHS CMS, RUHS CDS, ESIC MC, and Geetanjali Medical College Govt. seat (10 seats) is INR 10000 (INR 5000 for SC/ST/OBC/MBC applicants). INR 2.0 lakh for private medical institutions; INR 10,000 for private dentistry institutes.
All candidates eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round and willing to do so must deposit, if not already done so, on-line INR 10,000/- (INR 5,000 for SC/ST/OBC/MBC) for allotment in Govt. All candidates who deposited security amount in previous rounds and are eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round are not required to deposit it again, and those who deposited only INR 10,000/- or 5,000/- as the case may be, and who now wish to opt for private colleges as well (along with Govt. colleges) are required to deposit the difference amount of INR 1,90,000/- or INR 1,95,000/- (for private medical colleges) or INR 5,000/ (for private dental
Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2023
The following are the qualifying requirements for the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling 2023:
- Candidates must be Indian nationals and residents of the state of Rajasthan.
- They must have taken and passed the NEET 2023 exam.
- They must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2023.
- They must have completed the Class 12 Board exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects with an aggregate of 50% for General category applicants and 40% and 45% for Reserved and Unreserved Physically Challenged candidates, respectively.
- Only individuals who have not joined the designated institutes or have not been assigned a seat will be eligible for Round 2 registration.
