Patna College, the oldest institution of higher education in Bihar, celebrated its 163rd foundation day with great enthusiasm on Thursday. After unfurling the college flag, the chief guest of the day’s function , Patna University (PU)’s former vice-chancellor L N Ram released 163 colourful balloons in the air symbolising as many eventful years in the life of the institution.
