Passing Criteria 

To be declared successful in the 1st Semester Degree Examination conducted by the Osmania University, Hyderabad for BA, BSc, BCom and BBA courses, a student must score 40% in each subject. The minimum requirement is required separately in theory and practical, if applicable. 

Those students who are not able to get the minimum qualifying marks in even only one subject will be declared successful as overall, students who are not able to get qualifying marks in one or two subjects will be able to appear in the supply exam for those subjects, and those who will fail in the exam for more than two subjects will have sit in the regular exam for the same semester.
