NEET UG 2023 Begins Round 3 Choice Filling Procedures; Check How to fill course and college preferences Here

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the dates for NEET UG counselling 2023 on July 14. One of the most crucial components of NEET counselling is choice filling. As a result, many students have questions about the NEET choice-filling process. MCC is holding the third round of NEET UG counselling for 2023 from September 1 to September 5. On September 5, the choice locking must be completed between 3 PM and 11.55 PM.

The round-wise dates for the NEET UG 2023 option filling and locking are shown in the table below.

Registration for the NEET UG Counselling 2023 for Round 3 is open from August 31 to September 4, 12 p.m., and the registration fee is due on that day by 8 p.m. The entire schedule for the NEET 2023 counselling procedure was revealed by MCC. The four sessions of counselling will go as follows:

• Round 1
• Round 2
• Round 3
• Stray Vacancy Round

Prior to last year, only the first three rounds of the four-round NEET UG counselling process allowed for choice filling. This year, though, the choice-filling procedure will be used up until the very end.

How to Fill Choices For NEET UG Counselling 2023?

Candidates must finish the choice filling and locking process by following the steps listed below. Candidates must first make sure they have finished the registration process and paid the appropriate registration cost for their category.

• Visit the MCC website at mcc.nic.in or enter the aopllication

• To sign in, select the ‘Sign in’ button under the ‘New Registration’ tab.

• The NEET UG 2023 Roll Number, Password, and Security Pin must be entered.

• Select the ‘Available Choices’ link.

• The choices according to each individual eligibility criterion would be displayed to the applicant on the left side basket upon selecting the “Choice Filling” symbol, and upon pressing the button for the necessary choice, it would be selected. The selected option is taken out of the left basket and placed in the right basket.

• The ‘Save & Continue’ tab must be selected by candidates.

• By pressing the Upper Arrow button to move up, the Down Arrow button to move down, and the Delete button to remove the pre-selected choice of institutes, candidates can change the order of their preferences.

• By choosing the proper options as the source and destination to permit their switching and reordering, the choice interchange (swapping) could be completed.

• If a candidate wants to remove a particular choice or a collection of choices, the candidate can do so by clicking the relevant box. Additionally, the candidate has the option to delete numerous selections at once by selecting the appropriate boxes and then confirming the action. In this case, all undesirable selections will be eliminated.
