NEET PG counselling 2023: Registration Window Closes For Round-2 today; Seat Allocation Result On August 25, Key Points

Today, August 22, at noon, is the last day to register online for the second round of National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 counselling. For round two of NEET PG 2023 counselling registration, candidates can check in to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website at mcc.nic.in. The payment facility will shut down at 8:00 p.m.
There are four rounds of NEET PG 2023 counselling: rounds 1, 2, 3, and the stray vacancy round. Based on the selections made by applicants during the registration window, a merit list for NEET PG counselling will be created. On August 25, the NEET PG 2023 round 2 seat allocation results will be made public.
NEET PG Counselling 2023: Key Points for Round 2
- There is no need to re-register for those who applied for NEET PG 2023 round-1 but did not receive a seat.
- Candidates who did not register in round 1 with full payment of fees are required to register again or fresh for round 2.
- Candidates who dropped out of the running or failed to show up in round one do not need to reapply.
- If a newly registered candidate in round 2 is not given a seat, he or she may compete in round 3 without having to reapply.
- If the candidate is upgraded in Round 2, they must resign from their Round 1 seat and assume a seat in Round 2.
According to the NEET PG 2023 counselling schedule, candidates have until 11:55 p.m. today to make their selections for round 2. The choice locking window will open at 3 p.m. today and end at 11:55 p.m. tonight.
