Eligibility Criteria

- The candidate must have passed the S.O. Grade Examination conducted by the Municipal Chief Auditor, MCD, or have passed an equivalent examination.
- Alternatively, they can have passed the SAS (Subordinate Accounts Service) or an equivalent examination conducted by any Central/State Government/UTs accounts department.
Other Qualifications: Successful completion of training in Cash, Accounts, and Budget work in ISTM or any equivalent institution is also acceptable.
2. For Chief Vigilance Officer:
Eligibility:
- The candidate must not be below the rank of Dy. Secretary to the Government of India or equivalent.
- They must have an unblemished service record and must not have crossed the age of 55 years.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have a grading of “Very Good” or higher in their Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last five years.
- The candidate must not have worked as CVO in the same organization they are applying to.
