- Essential: Minimum 20 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Sector, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior Management Level in Risk Management, preferably in Credit Risk and Market Risk in a regulated lending entity in the BFSI sector.
- Desirable: Experience as a Chief Risk Officer or Head of Risk Management in a commercial bank, with knowledge of risk management, analytics, and high-value project monitoring.

- Minimum Age: 52 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years
Salary Details
- Compensation: ₹4,00,000 per month (All-inclusive)
- Annual Increment: Up to 10% based on performance.
- Contract Period: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years based on review.
