The schedule for Maharashtra NEET PG counseling rounds two and three in 2023 has been released by the state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell. The deadline to withdraw from round 1 seats allocated through the state National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling is, therefore, August 30.
At cetcell.net.in/NEET-PGM-2023, the Round 2 seat matrix will be made available on September 1.
On September 2, the online round 2 choice-filling procedure will start, and on September 6, the seat allocation results will be made public. On September 18, registration for round three will open.

At the conclusion of the first round, there aren’t many open seats, CET Cell said while announcing the timetable. The dates for the second round of counseling to fill open positions in minority-serving medical colleges are government, corporation, government-aided, private, and unaided.

NEET PG 2023: Exam Reservation Criteria
Several groups of candidates taking the NEET PG exam have received reservations from the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The reservation requirements, which are applicable to both All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota seats, are based on rules established by the Government of India.
The conditions for students’ 50% All India Quota seat reservations are shown in the table below:
