Madhya Pradesh Government school teacher  caught sexually harassing a Class 10 student in Shadol

According to officials, a teacher at a government school in the Shahdol area of Madhya Pradesh is accused of sexually harassing a kid in class 10. According to a representative, the event happened at a ‘CM Rise’ school in Jaisinghnagar.

The girl had gone to the school on Monday to take a make-up exam, according to Vinay Singh Gaharwar, the in-charge of the Jaisinghnagar police station. In her complaint, the victim claimed that the instructor instructed her to meet him alone after the test.

According to the official, he requested her mobile number and asked her to start dating him.

He said the girl had claimed the accused teacher had previously harassed her sexually. According to the official, the accused teacher has been detained in accordance with sections 354 (A) (1) of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with sexual harassment and unwanted physical contact and advances, 509 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, as well as other pertinent laws.
