KVS Teacher Recruitment started
Kvs has started recruitment for 2022. Applications are invited for 4014 PGT, TGT, and Non-teaching posts. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has invited online applications from candidates for the recruitment to Teacher posts. Candidates who are interested can apply for PGT, and TGT posts after checking the eligibility criteria carefully through the official website of KVS – kvsangathan.nic.in. Candidates may please note that this is a limited departmental competitive examination for filling Teaching and Non-Teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 4014 posts of TGT, and PGT. The link will be activated for the same on the official website soon and the last date of the creation of application link by the controlling officer and circulation to all employees is till November 09, 2022.
Eligibility Criteria For KVS Recruitment 2020
There is a varying age limit on the various posts that are provided below.
Principal: The candidates should be 35- 50 years old.
Vice-Principal: The candidates should be 35- 45 years old.
PGT: The candidates must not exceed the age limit of 40 years as of September 30, 2018.
TGT: The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as of September 30, 2018.
Librarians: The candidates should not be more than 35 years of age.
Relaxation on the age limit will be given to candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
The selections will be made on the basis of the recruitment test, which will be taken offline.
PGT: All candidates interested in applying for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) must possess a degree in Masters in the concerned subject from a recognized institution. The applicant should also have a BEd degree or. it’s equivalent. The applicant must also be proficient in teaching in both English and Hindi.
TGT: All candidates interested in applying for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) should possess a Bachelor’s degree or should have completed four years integrated degree course of a regional course of education of NCERT in the concerned subject with not less than 50 percent marks. For more details, interested candidates can check the official notification by the KVS.
Process to Apply for KVS Posts:
1. Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply only online through KVS’s website www.kvsangathan.nic.in or https://jobapply.in/kvs/.
2. Before applying for the post, the candidates must have a valid email id through which he/she will fill up the online application.
3. Candidates are required to visit KVS’s website www.kvsangathan.nic.in or https://jobapply. in/kvs/ where complete advertisement, details regarding eligibility criteria, selection procedure, application fee, online registration, and general conditions are available.
4. Candidates applying online are required to take a printout of auto-generated filled-in application format.
5. The candidates for the posts advertised have to keep a set of the application with documents duly photocopied with him/her for record and the same to be produced at the time of interview/skill test if shortlisted.
6. Candidates are not required to submit to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) either by post or by hand the printout of their online applications or any other documents.
7. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms.
8. Their registration will be provisional at all stages of recruitment as their eligibility will be verified only at the time of the Interview. Issued of admit card/Interview call letter will not imply acceptance of the candidature of the applicants. Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or even after joining if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage.
