The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has extended the JKCET 2025 application deadline for BTech admissions. Candidates aspiring to secure admission in engineering colleges across Jammu & Kashmir now have until March 29, 2025, to complete their applications online at jkbopee.gov.in.
The Jammu & Kashmir Common Entrance Test (JKCET) 2025 is the state-level entrance exam for admission into BE/BTech programs in government and private engineering colleges of J&K.

- Pay the application fee – ₹1,200 (online mode).
- Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
JKCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
- Minimum Marks Required:
- General category: 50% aggregate
- SC/ST/OBC candidates: 40% aggregate
- Domicile Requirement: Applicants must be permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.

The JKCET 2025 exam will be conducted in offline mode with multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
