Important Updates for DU UG Admissions 2023: CSAS Portal, Registration, and Correction Window

The University of Delhi has prolonged the deadline for phase 1 and phase 2 of admissions to undergraduate programs under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) until July 26, 2023, at 4:59 pm.
Candidates who haven’t registered for DU admission 2023 or those who have finished phase 1 but haven’t submitted their preferences now have the opportunity to complete their registration and preference filling until July 26.
The university has advised students to regularly save their preferences as the CSAS portal will automatically lock saved preferences on July 27, 2023, at 5 pm. Candidates aiming for admission to DU UG programs must complete their registrations and fill out the CSAS 2023 application form before the deadline. The university has also extended the CSAS UG 2023 correction window until July 26, 4:59 pm.
Students who have already registered for the CSAS UG form and wish to make changes can do so through the correction window, but only once. They can edit or modify fields as long as the registration fee they paid remains equal to or less than the original amount. This allows them to update their profile and upload any updated documents and certificates. However, they won’t be able to make changes to their name, photograph, signature, email ID, and mobile number.
During the correction window, candidates will not have the option to apply for ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) and sports supernumerary quota. However, they can update their certificates for these specific quotas. The Delhi University has made it clear that there will be no additional extension to the deadline, and the schedule for the declaration of simulated ranks and allocation rounds will remain unchanged from the previous plan.
