IIT JAM 2024: Registration Window Opens Today at jam.iitm.ac.in; Check Application Fee, & more

Today, September 5, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras will begin accepting applications for the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2024. On the official IIT JAM 2024 website, jam.iitm.ac.in, qualified applicants can register for the exam. The exam application deadline is October 13.
For admission to postgraduate programmes at the IITs and participating institutions, JAM 2024 will be held on February 11, 2024.
The application process is open to students who have earned an undergraduate degree or who are enrolled in their last year of an undergraduate course. Any student may take the exam, regardless of age. Indian-degreed foreign nationals may also apply.

On September 5, 2023, the IIT JAM 2024 application process will begin. From registration to paying the online examination fee, the entire process will be conducted online.
To finish the application procedure and pay the application fee online, candidates must first go to the exam’s official website. An application correction window will be available to the exam authorities from November 10 to November 30.

IIT JAM 2024 Admission Process
Aspirants must confirm they meet the IIT JAM 2024 eligibility requirements before submitting their application.
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in order to meet the IIT JAM 2024 eligibility requirements.
- Candidates who took or will take their graduation examinations in 2024 may also apply as long as they submit the required documentation before September 2024.
- Candidates for the admission procedure who would pass the IIT JAM 2024 exam will be able to apply.

IIT JAM 2024 Mock Test
IIT Madras will provide the IIT JAM 2024 sample test on their official website in the month of January 2024.Candidates should take the IIT JAM 2024 practise exam to improve their preparation and become familiar with the format and navigation of the exam. Candidates must take the mock test by following the instructions below:
- Visit IIT JAM 2024’s website for further information.
- To take a mock test, select the Mock Test tab.
- Please select the topic.
- select “Sign in”
- Click ‘Next’ after reading the directions.
- After checking the box indicating that the candidate has read and understood the instructions, select the “I’m ready to start” tab.
