In the Braindates guest lecture series organized by the IRS Committee, IIM Sirmaur was delighted to welcome Rajalakshmi S, The Director of Product Management as the guest speaker. She enlightened the session with her immense knowledge of entrepreneurship and startups. 

 Why did the IIM Sirmaur called Raji Zoho as a guest speaker?

Raji Zoho also called Rajalakshmi Srinivasan is the Director of Product Management at Zoho. She got this Raji Zoho name by joining her company name and her original name. With her over 20 years of professional experience, she leads Product Management at Site24x7, a website and server monitoring platform. Srinivasan talks about technology, women empowerment, youth motivation, and parenting as she is a global speaker and has also spoken about scalability and IT resilience in business models. 

Why there is a need for entrepreneurship and startups in the youth?
