For admission to MBBS and BDS programmes in 2023, the Department of Medical Education and Research has released the schedule for round three of the Haryana NEET UG counselling process. As a result, uhsrugcounselling.com has opened registration for the third round of state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) counselling. The deadline for applications is September 13.
Candidates do not need to re-register if they had enrolled for the first or second round of counselling. However, in order to advance to the third stage, every applicant would need to pay a security deposit of Rs 10,000 (Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD) for government medical and dental schools and Rs 1 lakh for private institutions.
Candidates who received seats in the first two rounds of counselling must indicate if they are willing or able to upgrade online in order to be considered for the third round of counselling.

The official announcement stated that “Any candidate who had joined in Round-1 but do not participate in Round-2 counselling or do not resign from the Seats Assigned in Round-1, will also be allowed to participate in Round-3.”
Additionally, candidates can make changes to the application form and submit their selections for round 3 during this time. The outcome of the tentative seat distribution will be shown on September 14.
Haryana NEET Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria
- A citizen of India is required for the position.
- The applicant must be NEET 2023 exam-qualified.
- The candidate’s parents’ certificates of permanent residency in Haryana are required, as are both of them.
- However, applicants from all around the nation are welcome to submit an application for a seat in the management quota for the 2023 Haryana MBBS counselling.
Haryana NEET: Counselling Process 2023
The registration, payment of the counselling fee, and document verification are just a few of the steps in the 2023 Haryana NEET Counselling procedure. The details of each phase that a candidate must be aware of are as follows:
- Registration
Candidates must register on the official website before they may attend the Haryana NEET 2023 counselling session. In order to register online, candidates must have a working email address and mobile phone number.
The candidates must next fill out the Haryana NEET counselling 2023 application form by logging in to the registered account using the credentials created during the registration process.
Additionally, candidates must pay the non-refundable counselling fee listed below in order to submit their applications.

- Document verification
After the required registration deadline has passed, DMER Haryana will compile a list of applicants who have completed the registration process.
To have their credentials and documents validated, candidates on the list must go before the admissions committee at Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The Admission Committee will let the applicant know if they are qualified for Haryana NEET counselling or not.
- State Merit List and choice-based selection
Rank order for eligible candidates will be determined by their NEET 2023 scores. The candidates can fill up their selections for courses and institutes by checking in to their registered accounts. These selections will determine how the seats are allocated.
- Seat Allocation list
According to the merits of the applicants and their decisions, the authorities shall allot seats. The list of seats allocated for the 2023 Haryana NEET MBBS counselling will be made available online.
- Reporting to the Institute
Candidates who have been given seats must appear at the designated institute for admission confirmation if they want to keep their seats. If an applicant doesn’t show up at the designated institute by the due day, their spot will be forfeited.
