The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will begin accepting GMAT Focus Edition registrations tomorrow, August 29. Interested applicants can apply for GMAT 2023 at gmac.com.

According to the council, students will benefit from an upgraded official score report with extensive performance insights, which will be provided free with GMAT 2023 enrollment.

Candidates must have a valid passport at the time of the GMAT exam, according to the eligibility criteria established by the council.

GMAT Exam 2023: Registration Procedures

Candidates who want to study an MBA or PGDM in another country can register for the GMAT exam 2023 by following the instructions below.

  • Go to gmac.com, the official GMAT website.
  • Create a GMAT Profile and fill out your personal information.
  • Now you must validate your profile.
  • Choose your GMAT exam day and location.
  • Now you must confirm the GMAT 2023 information and pay the GMAT exam expenses.
  • Download and save the GMAT application form for future use.

A bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute is required. Students in their final year of undergrad or working professionals can also sit for the GMAT 2023 exam. According to the GMAT 2023 syllabus, questions will be asked in the areas of mathematical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and data insights.

GMAT 2023: Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate Management Aptitude Council (GMAC) administers the GMAT exam in 2023. There is no discrimination based on nationality, religion, gender, background, or history. The following are the GMAT eligibility criteria: –
  • Valid Passport – At the time of the GMAT exam, candidates must have a valid passport.
  • Age- To take the GMAT, a candidate must be at least 18 years old. If an applicant is under the age of 18, he or she must provide written evidence from parents or guardians in order to take the GMAT. The GMAT exam has no higher age limit.
  • Qualification – A bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute is required to take the GMAT 2023 exam. Students in their final year of undergrad or working professionals are eligible to take the GMAT.
  • Language Requirements – Because the GMAT exam is administered in English, students must be fluent in the language in order to understand the questions. However, it is not required to use it as a medium of instruction in school or college.
  • Attempts – A candidate can take the GMAT five times in a year, with a 16-day break between each attempt. There can only be 8 attempts in a lifetime.

How Many GMAT Exam Attempts Are Allowed In 2023?

Candidates may retake the GMAT up to five times per year. The maximum number of attempts allowed for each applicant in a lifetime is eight. However, there must be a 16-day delay before retaking the GMAT exam.

Candidates should prepare a list of institutes they want to apply to and then examine the GMAT eligibility criteria for each. Qualifying for the GMAT is only one stage in the MBA admissions process.

A applicant can take the GMAT five times in a year, with a 16-day break between each try. According to the authority, one cannot take more than eight attempts in a lifetime. According to GMAC, the GMAT Focus Edition this year will allow applicants to take the exam in their chosen order to secure the best result.

According to the most recent upgrade, candidates taking the GMAT 2023 Focus Edition will be allowed to bookmark questions for later review and change up to three answers each section.
