Additionally, it creates access points for expanding PSUs and the field of study. ONGC, NTPC, GAIL, HPCL, PGCIL, BHEL, BSNL, HPCL, NHPC, BARC, DRDO, and other PSUs and research organisations use GATE scores to hire new employees.
What’s New in GATE Exam
Geomatics Engineering (GE) and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NM) are two new topics. To now, 29 subjects have been included.
Another recent modification allows applicants for the GATE EXAM 2024 to select two distinct papers from the list of permitted combinations.
The minimum requirements for appearing in GATE-2024 have been lowered from minimum 10+2+4 (ongoing) to minimum 10+2+3 (ongoing), allowing even those who are in their third year of undergraduate study to do so. This gives candidates an additional chance to improve their performance and secure better career options.
The GATE EXAM 2024 test questions will all be of the objective type. Multiple Choice inquiries (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and/or Numerical Answer Type (NAT) inquiries are examples of possible question patterns.
