The opportunity for correcting GATE 2023 application forms begins tomorrow: Tomorrow, November 8, 2022, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will begin the GATE 2023 application form revision session. Candidates who have filled out the GATE 2023 application form can make changes to it online at gate.iitk.ac.in. The deadline for making changes to the GATE application form 2023 is November 14, 2022. Candidates must use their enrolment ID/email address and password to make changes to their GATE 2023 application form.
A correction window for GATE 2023 application forms was originally scheduled for November 4, 2022. Candidates will be able to make corrections in the application form of GATE 2023 from tomorrow because the conducting authority revised the date.
Steps to edit the GATE 2023 application form
The following guidelines need to be followed by all candidates to correct their GATE 2023 application forms:
- GATE 2023‘s official website is gate.iitk.ac.in.
- Click the “GATE 2023 modification” link on the site.
- Enter your enrolment ID and password to gain access.
- Solve the arithmetic statement and then choose “Submit.”
- Check the information on the GATE 2023 application form and make any necessary revisions (if any).
- Finally, print a copy of the GATE 2023 application form for future reference.
Are there any details on the GATE 2023 application form that can be corrected?
Using the application form correction facility, the applicants can edit the details including gender, category, PwD status, contact information for parents/guardians/correspondence address, dyslexia and other similar learning disabilities, name and location of the college, roll number, and registration number, exam paper, and exam city.
Any modifications made to the GATE application form 2023 will require candidates to pay a fee. The GATE 2023 test will be held on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023, with 29 papers. The paper is worth 100 points. General Aptitude (GA) is the same for all applicants (15 points), while the rest of the test covers the academic syllabus (85 marks).
