The candidate will be responsible for bearing the cost of the stamp paper.
For Teaching Faculty: Pay the application fee (₹500 for others, ₹0 for SC/ST/ESIC employees/Female/Ex-Servicemen) via a Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. I”, payable at Kolkata.
