Table of Contents
For the second consecutive year, BCom (H) has emerged as the most popular course as Delhi University finishes the first phase of the application process for its undergraduate programmes’ Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS).
The top three colleges for students choosing a BCom course this year are Ramjas College, Kirori Mal College, and Sri Venkateswara College, according to the CSAS data.
The first allocation list will be made public on August 1; the college and course preferences of students were locked on Thursday for the first round.
Most students have indicated Hindu College as one of their top choices for popular subjects including English, political science, and economics. As for English, the top three favoured colleges are Hindu College, Hansraj College, and St. Stephen’s College.
On Saturday, DU will publish a simulated rank list based on applicants’ preferences and the results of the CUET 2023, following which candidates can rearrange their college preferences.
This year, DU intends to provide a category-by-category simulated list rather than a single cumulative simulated rank list.
