DOT Consultant Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Diploma/Degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
Experience Required
- For JTO (Group B): Retired from CDA Scale with Level 7 of the 7th CPC or equivalent IDA scale.
- For AD (Group B): Retired from CDA Scale with Level 8 of the 7th CPC or equivalent IDA scale.
- BSNL/MTNL VRS 2019 retirees are also eligible.
Desirable Skills
- Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database analysis (SQL preferred).
- Hindi language proficiency is an advantage.
Age Limit
- The candidate must not be more than 62 years old as of the application deadline.
DOT Consultant Recruitment 2025 – Salary and Benefits
- Remuneration: As per the Department of Expenditure OM dated 09-12-2020.
- No annual increment, DA, or HRA.
- Fixed transport allowance based on retirement entitlement.
- TA/DA applicable for official tours.
- Paid leave of 1.5 days per month.
