Delhi University: Important Notice for Admission to PG Courses 2023

DU SOL/DDCE/COL Admission 2023-24: The admission portal of DU SOL/DDCE/COL for both PG and UG has now been closed. The last date for the same was on 20th October 2023.
On October 30, the University of Delhi announced that the candidates of all postgraduate students i.e. M.Com, M.A. (Hindi), M.A. (Political Science), M.A. History, M.A. (Sanskrit) whose names were shortlisted in the merit list (I, II, and III) of category-1 A, B, C and 2 A but due to some differences they were unable to submit their admission fees in time, can request their application now.
The respective students are informed to submit their application with a requested appeal against the vacant seats. The last date for them is 1st November at 05:00 pm in Room no. 24. Their cases will be placed before the Student Redressal Grievance Committee, SOL for further necessary action in the matter.

Eligibility for Admissions in UG and PG Courses
Students are likely to have any one language paper and an aggregate of 45% in XII. Whereas students from the SC/ST/PwBD and OBC category should be passed and gain up to 40% aggregate, respectively.
Also, some newly launched courses at DU are the B.A. program in Psychology, B.A. Program in computer applications, along with a B.A. (Hons.) Psychology.

Delhi University SOL/COL/DDCE
Delhi University established the Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), School of Open Learning (SOL), and Campus of Open Learning (COL) in 2022. These institutions will provide students with an opportunity for higher education even when they’re unable to join regular colleges due to various disagreements.
Delhi University has opted to follow NEP 2020, from the academic session 2022-23. Thus, it eventually aims to allow students to have flexible mediums with vocational skills too.
