Eligibility Criteria
For both positions, candidates must meet certain eligibility requirements:
1. For Technical Assistant (TA):
- Essential: A graduate degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- Desirable: A postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or a Post Graduate Diploma in Coffee Quality Management will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not be above 35 years of age as on the application deadline.
- Remuneration: Rs. 45,000 per month.
2. For Barista Trainer:
- Essential: At least a 12th-grade qualification with 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Desirable: 3+ years of experience as a Barista is preferable.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be under 40 years of age. Age relaxation of up to 3 years is available for SC/ST candidates.
- Remuneration: Rs. 50,000 per month.
