CLAT 2024 : Aspirants Gets Opportunity to Explore NLU Campuses; Apply Online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in to Visit

Students who successfully complete the CLAT registration process for 2024 will be permitted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU). On the CLAT2024 website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, interested candidates can log in. There is still time to register for CLAT 2024, although the registration period will expire on November 3. On December 3, CLAT 2024 will take place.

Through X, formerly known as Twitter, the Consortium of NLU made the announcement, It tweeted, “Are you looking forward to visiting an NLU? Here’s you! Campus visits are now available if you have completed your #CLAT2024 registration. You can apply to visit any of the NLU offering these campus visits, through your login on the CLAT portal.”

CLAT 2024: Steps to apply for a campus visit at NLU

Candidates can submit an application for a visit to any National Law University campus by doing the following:

  1. Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in to access the official webpage.
  2. ‘CLAT 2024’ link can be found on the homepage.
  3. Use your mobile number and password to log in.
  4. Register for NLU’s campus tour.

On September 3, The Consortium of NLUs made available on its official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, a link to the second CLAT 2024 sample paper. Candidates who have finished the CLAT 2024 registration process will have access to the sample exams. Students will get the opportunity to practise in a timed, realistic setting.

CLAT:  Exam Date 2024

One of the most difficult entrance tests for law school admissions in India includes the one-year LLM and five-year integrated LLB programmes. On December 3, 2023, the CLAT, or Common Law Entrance Test, will take place.

 More than 125 cities in 22 states and UTs that are identified as CLAT 2024 test centres will host the exam. The CLAT Exam Centres 2024 as well as the whole CLAT 2024 schedule will be released in the near future.

Sample Paper : CLAT 2024

The second set of CLAT 2024 sample papers were published on the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, on September 3 by The Consortium of NLUs. Candidates who have finished the CLAT 2024 registration process will have access to the sample exams. Students will get the opportunity to practise in a timed, realistic setting.

Exam Pattern: CLAT 2024

Instead of 150 questions, the CLAT exam will only contain 120, and students will have two hours to complete it. Each accurate response will receive one mark, nevertheless.For each incorrect answer, 25 points will be deducted. Five sections—English language, current affairs, legal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative techniques—will make up the CLAT 2024 exam.

Q. Has the CLAT pattern changed?

Ans. The CLAT 2024 Exam Pattern has been updated by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The CLAT LLM Syllabus has not changed, while the UG CLAT Syllabus for 2024 has. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 exam is slated to take place on December 3, 2023. Pen-and-paper testing is expected to be used for the CLAT Exam in 2024. The new CLAT Exam Pattern 2024 calls for 120 questions rather than 150. Exam completion time is two hours for candidates.

Q. Will regional languages be used for CLAT 2024?

Ans. Regional languages will not be used for CLAT 2024. The Delhi Higher Court was informed by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) that CLAT 2024 preparation is very advanced and that any judicial order to introduce the additional language options this year, without discussions, will cause serious administrative and operational issues. Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is currently delivered in English.
