As per the JNU Admissions 2022 Notification:
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Ph.D. Admissions under the JRF category are currently open. Candidates interested in getting admission to JNU Ph.D. programmes under the JRF category may now apply online by visiting the official website, jnuee.jnu.ac.in. The deadline for online registration for JNU Ph.D. programs is December 4th.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will not be administered to JRF-qualified candidates. They will have to apply individually under the JRF category. All of these applicants will be selected and contacted directly for a viva voice.
Candidates who have taken these exams but have yet to get their results may also apply under this category. Such applicants will be interviewed, however, provided they provide proper documentation of having qualified for or been given the JRF certificate at the time of the interview.
Candidates who have been given a “Lectureship” (without JRF) in the CSIR/UGC examination and any other fellowship based on a Lectureship (without JRF) (Assistant Professorship) are not eligible and will not be interviewed. For candidates in the JRF category, their selection will be based on their viva score, which must be 100%.
