For private students in Classes 10 and 12, the Central Board of Senior Secondary Education (CBSE) will start the registration procedure for CBSE board exams in 2024 today. Through the official website, cbse.gov.in, candidates may apply.
Students who took the CBSE board examinations in 2023 will have their information automatically produced while filling out the application, while students who took the exams in 2022 or earlier must enter their information, such as their roll number and year of graduation, into the online application portal. Along with the main board exams in 2024, CBSE will administer the board exams for private students from February to April of that year.

The CBSE 2024 board exams form must be submitted by October 11 to avoid a late fee. However, from October 12 to October 19, students must pay an additional Rs 2,000 as a late charge for completing their application. The most recent CBSE timetable states that the registration period will finish on October 19.

CBSE Class 10 Registration 2024: Important Instructions
A student must complete the registration process in order to sit for the board exams. After carefully cross-checking all the information, all CBSE-affiliated schools are required to submit a list of students taking the exam to the board.

- Make that the name of the student, mother, father, or guardian is spelt precisely as it appears on the birth certificate.
- The candidate’s date of birth must match that on the birth certificate and be recorded in the school’s admission and withdrawal records.
- The student’s full name, as well as the names of their parents or guardians, must be included. Nicknames and abbreviations are not permitted.
- Make sure that all of the information provided when registration is consistent across all of the supporting documentation, such as the DOB certificate, school records, and Aadhaar card.
- After marriage, the mother’s name should be mentioned as appropriate.
- The date of birth, father’s and mother’s names, the aadhar card number, the topic information, etc. are among the information that must be entered throughout the registration procedure.
- The application form cannot, under any circumstances, be modified or updated after it has been submitted.
