CAT 2023: Registration window open at iimcat.ac.in; here’s steps to fill form

Today, August 2, 2023, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow opened registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023. The CAT application form 2023 must be completed and the fee must be paid by September 13, 2023, at 5 PM.

Apply online at iimcat.ac.in if you want to take the CAT 2023 exam on November 26, 2023.

 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : CAT 2023

Before beginning CAT registration 2023, candidates are recommended to confirm their eligibility.

• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any field and a minimum overall and NC-OBC score of 50%. For candidates who are SC, ST, or PWD, a 45% is needed.
• Undergraduate candidates in their final year may also take the exam with the goal of graduating with the necessary scores.
• Candidates will have their admission revoked if they do not offer the same information during admissions.
• Anyone who meets the above requirements and is at least 18 years old is welcome to apply for CAT 2023.

Steps for filling up the application form for CAT Registration 2023

• Click the “New Candidate Registration for CAT 2023” link on the official CAT 2023 website.
• Create an account by signing up and providing a working phone number and email address.
• Log in once more using the CAT login ID generated by the system.
• Enter the necessary information (address, educational background, work experience) and upload the necessary files in the following window.
• Complete the form and pay the CAT exam expenses.
• Download it, then print it out to use later.

Candidates can view and obtain their CAT 2023 admit card starting on October 25 in accordance with the exam date 2023. The names of the candidates, the CAT exam locations, and the CAT hall ticket numbers will all be listed on the CAT admit cards.

CAT 2023: REQUIREMENTS

Before completing the CAT registration, candidates must have a recent passport-size photo, their signature, academic transcript, and work experience certificate (if applicable). Candidates will need to submit a CAT form 2023 and pay an application fee of Rs. 1200 for the reserved category and Rs. 2400 for the general category.

Candidates applying for CAT 2023 should be aware that the OTP supplied to the email address and mobile number upon registration will be used to verify the candidate’s mobile number and email address. A user ID and password will then be given to the applicants so they can finish the CAT registration procedure.
