CAT 2023, registration begins on August 2: Check details

Indian Institue of Management (IIM) is about to start its registration process soon. Eligible candidates should be ready with the required documents. The students will be able to fill the application from august 2nd on the official website of IIM iimcat.ac.in. last date to fill the application form is September 13, after which the students will not be able to register themselves.
IIM Lucknow will be conducting the CAT exam this year. The exam is expected to be held on November 26 of which the notification was released on July 30. The CAT notification was released yesterday July 30 which consisted of the eligibility criteria for the exam besides registration dates, application fee, exam dates, and more.
Before applying for CAT 2023 students must read the CAT notification issued by IIM Lucknow on July 30, where the eligibility criteria has been mentioned.
- A student must be a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university or college. Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates must have a minimum of 45% marks.
- There is no age limitation for applying in CAT examination 2023.
- The students appearing for the last year bachelor’s degree or have appeared and are waiting for the results of last year can also apply for CAT 2023. In such cases the students will have to produce the credentials stating that they completed all the formalities for the last year bachelor’s degree.
CAT Application form 2023: Students must be ready with the following documents;
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Date of birth certificate
- Final year certificate for those students who are in their last year of graduation
- Graduation marksheets or certificates
- Proof of residence
- PwD category certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned passport size photograph and signature
- Scribe certificate (if applicable)
- Valid ID proof
- Work experience documents
