Qualification Details

• Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Must be well conversant with the local language.
• Should possess computer knowledge and a flair for teaching.
• Candidates should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investments, pension, finance, law, and other related fields.

Experience:

• Ex-banker with at least 5 years of experience in a Nationalized Bank/RRB/Private Bank.
• OR persons with a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking/related fields, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.
• OR Business Correspondent/BC-Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience.
• OR Ex-RSETI Director/Faculty with at least 5 years of experience.

Age Limit Details

• The maximum age for appointment on a contract basis should not exceed 64 years, subject to good health.

Salary Details

• Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- plus a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as reimbursement for conveyance expenses, based on the number of meetings/camps conducted per month.
• Additional halting allowance of Rs. 300/- (if work exceeds 8 hours without a night stay) and Rs. 600/- (for a night stay).
