BITS Pilani, Rajasthan is inviting applications for BSc Computer Science through BITSAT for the academic session 2024-2027. BITS Pilani conducts BITSAT and BITS HD Exams for admission to its several programmes. The application deadline is November 2, 2023. Interested candidates who wish to enrol may visit the BITS Pilani;s official website bits-pilani.ac.in.
In addition, BITS Pilani is now taking applications for MTech Data Science Engineering and MTech AI & ML programmes (WILP). Furthermore, for MTech admissions, BITS Pilani accepts GATE Score, and the deadline to apply for GATE 2024 (with late fees) is October 13, 2023.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: BITSAT 2024
- The applicant must have completed the Class 12th examination in any stream (Science/Arts/Commerce/Others) under the 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board in India, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with a Technical Diploma from a recognised board/university are also eligible to apply. (If you are uploading a DigiLocker marksheet, please upload the PDF version)
- The applicant must have good English skills. All applicants who studied and passed the subject “English” in Class 10th or Class 12th would be deemed qualified.
- The applicant must be proficient in mathematics. This may be demonstrated by the Class 12th marksheet given by the appropriate board, which should indicate Mathematics as one of the courses with at least 60% marks.

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2024
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2024 is a national-level entrance test administered by BITS Pilani. Every year, the test is held to select candidates for BE, BPharm, and MSc programmes.
Every year, over 3 lac applicants take this test in 50 locations. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with 75% in PCM and 60% in each subject are eligible to take this exam. The table below shows the test pattern and other details for the BITSAT 2024 exam:
