• Senior Consultant: 11–19 years post-qualification experience with a minimum of 5 years in industry-related roles like product development or mentoring in the startup ecosystem.

Age Limit

• Associate Consultant: Maximum 45 years
• Senior Consultant: Maximum 50 years
