Bihar UGEAC 2023 counselling prorogued; NEET UG choice-filling and PG rank lists put off
Due to “unavoidable reasons,” the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has delayed the undergraduate medical choice-filling, postgraduate medical rank list, and engineering counselling.
On the board’s official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, candidates can view the most recent information. “UGEAC-2023 Counselling has been put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances. Candidates are urged to regularly check the board’s website for updates, according to a statement on the website.
The Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) is administered by the board for admission to BE and BTech programmes in state engineering colleges. The UGEAC 2023 registration period opened on June 5 and ended on June 30.
Additionally, the board website stated that “Due to unavoidable reasons UGMAC 2023 choice filling is delayed” and “Due to unavoidable reasons PGMAC 2023 rank card is delayed”.
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) test is used to determine eligibility for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes. In contrast, the Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC) exam is used to determine eligibility for admission to MD, MS, and MDS programmes.
Bihar NEET UG counselling 2023 round 1 choice-filling was supposed to begin from August 9 and candidates were asked to fill and lock choices by August 14 after downloading their rank card.
On the other hand, the registration for Bihar NEET PG counselling 2023 closed on August 5 and the rank card or merit list was supposed to be released on August 9.
