The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has opened admissions for PhD programmes beginning in December 2022. PhD programs in engineering, sciences, humanities and social sciences, and management are available at the institution. The application deadline is December 4, 2022.

PhD programmes in full-time and part-time modes are offered in the following departments: Civil Engineering; Biotechnology; Electrical Engineering; Chemistry; Mathematics; Humanities and Social Sciences and School of Management. • Announcement of inviting Applications: 14th November 2022

• Last date to receive applications: 4th December 2022

• Announcement of shortlisted candidates for Written Test: 12th December 2022

• Dates of Written Test/Interview: 20th to 24th December 2022

• Announcement of Selected Candidates:28th December 2022

• Dates of physical Reporting of selected candidates for Ph.D. admission: 4th to 5th, January 2023

All required documentation must be submitted electronically. The application form must be accompanied by evidence of payment of the registration fee (INR 1,600 for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL applicants and INR 800 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates).

Candidates admitted to PhD programs on a full-time basis are eligible for institute fellowships under Ministry of Education standards, however candidates admitted to PhD programs on a part-time basis are not eligible for institution fellowships.
