During registration, students must provide the following documentation:
- Memorandum of Grades for Class 12
- Proof of birthdate (SSC or memo with the same designation).
- Certificate of Transfer (TC)
- Study certification from Class 6 to Intermediate EWS certification from Mee Seva, applicable for 2023–2024 for OC applicants claiming EWS category reservation
- If the candidate has no institutionalised education, they must provide a residence certificate for the seven years prior to the qualifying test (Inter or its equivalent examination).
For non-local candidates, a certificate from the Tahsildar stating that the parent or mother has lived in Andhra Pradesh for the past ten years, omitting any time spent working outside of the state.
- In the case of BC, ST, and SC, an integrated community certificate issued by the appropriate government.
- In the event of candidates who want tuition fee reimbursement, an income certificate for both parents from all sources, issued on or after January 1, 2020, or a white ration card (both the candidate’s name and either parent’s name must appear on the ration card).
- Candidates who move to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana between June 2, 2014 and on or before June 1, 2022 are considered local candidates in the state of Andhra Pradesh if they have original NCC, sports, PH, or CAP certificates.
