Andaman-Nicobar NEET UG counselling 2023 registrations to begin by Tomorrow for MBBS admission; here’s the complete schedule

For MBBS admission in 2023, the Andaman and Nicobar National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023 counselling schedule has been made public. Tomorrow, July 21, is the first day of the Andaman-Nicobar NEET UG counselling 2023 application procedure.
Through the single admissions portal, collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in, candidates who have passed the NEET test may apply for admission to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS), Port Blair. For the state quota seats, only Andaman and Nicobar Island residents who have completed NEET-2023 are eligible to apply.
For the academic year 2023–2024, 114 MBBS seats have been approved for ANIIMS. Through both state and all-India quota counselling, NEET-2023 qualifying students would be admitted.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will fill 17 of the 114 approved seats from the All India Quota through online counselling, leaving 97 seats available for admission under the state quota (10 EWS and 87 category seats).
Candidates have until July 28 to submit their applications for the Andaman-Nicobar NEET UG counselling 2023. On July 29, 2023, the provisional merit list will be made public, and on August 1 of that same year, the final merit list.

It’s critical for applicants to be aware of the qualifying requirements before to submitting an application for Andaman & Nicobar NEET admission. The basic requirements for ANIIMS MBBS eligibility in 2023 are listed below and must be met by every applicant.
- An applicant must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of the academic year’s December 31.
- He/she must have passed the Class 12 examination under the 10+2 model, the Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE), or an exam of comparable difficulty administered by a recognised university or board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the primary subjects.
- Candidates must be physically fit (with the exception of those applying under the category of physically handicapped) and submit a certificate of medical fitness at the time of application.
- During the admissions procedure, he or she would have to go through a medical examination at the GB Pant Hospital of ANIIMS.

Candidates must submit an online application to ANIIMS 2023 in order to be considered for admission to the Andaman and Nicobar MBBS admission in 2023.
