Amrita School of Business

Admission has begun for the MBA Class of 2023 at the Amrita School of Business, which includes campuses in Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Amaravati, Kochi, and Amritapuri. In partnership with the State University of New York at Buffalo, Amrita University’s Bengaluru campus offers a dual-degree MBA programme that awards students with both an MBA from Amrita and an MS in Business Analytics and Systems from the University at Buffalo.

The Amaravati location has a notable staff and a curriculum that is prepared for the future, while the Coimbatore campus has AACSB accreditation and consistently ranks among the top 30 private B-schools in India. While the Amritapuri campus encourages students to explore both professional skills and more profound ideals, the Kochi campus places a greater emphasis on managerial values and business ethics.

Harvard Business Publishing content is used in the school’s MBA programmes, giving students the chance to earn a Harvard Business Certification. The university collaborates internationally with the University at Buffalo, Oakland University, Deakin University, and the University of Groningen. The global faculty members, who come from institutions like the University of California, Corell University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science, provide perspectives from the real world to the classroom.

The school provides a workforce that is prepared for the workplace thanks to a curriculum that is industry-driven. It offers chances to obtain sector-specific certifications from prestigious organisations like IBM, Microsoft, SHRM, SAP, and Six Sigma.

AMET, or the Amrita MBA Entrance Test, is administered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for admission to the management programmes provided on all campuses. It is administered utilising a computer-based test (CBT) method across 40+ cities in 18 states nationwide in two rounds, in February and April. The candidates are evaluated on a wide range of abilities, including verbal thinking and language comprehension, data interpretation and analysis, quantitative aptitude, and familiarity with domestic and international current events.
