Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has announced the dates for Uttar Pradesh UPTAC BTech counselling in 2023 for admission to a variety of courses. BTech, BArch, MBA, and MCA registration at AKTU is already complete. On September 15, the round 1 admission choice filling dates for the NATA 2023 and JEE Main 2023 examinations will begin at the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in.
On September 16, the choice-filling process for Round 1 UPTAC Counselling through CUET UG and PG will start. The university declared, “A separate online portal will be opened by AKTU for private institutions against vacant seats.”
JEE Mains scores will determine admission to BTech programmes, with the exception of Biotechnology and Agriculture, and MTech combined. The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is used for BArch admission. Through CUET UG and CUET PG in 2023, the institution will offer admission to BTech Bio-Technology, BTech Agriculture, BDes, BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, MBA Integrated, MCA Integrated, B Voc, BPharmacy Lateral, and B Tech Lateral programmes.

AKTU B.Tech Admission 2023
The Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is available from AKTU with 41 different specialisations. All B.Tech programmes have a four-year duration. In all B.Tech degrees, AKTU-affiliated colleges also permit lateral entry (direct admission in the second year). The lateral entrance training lasts for three years.
JEE Main is used by AKTU for BTech admissions, which are then followed by UPTAC counselling. Candidates must have received a minimum cumulative grade of 45% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level from any recognised board.
- 5% of the marks are relaxed for applicants who are from the SC or ST groups.
- As required by State Government regulations, AKTU also accepts 20% of all students who have been approved based on JEE Main scores.
- Candidates must have at least 60% in their 3- to 4-year diploma or B.Sc. from an accredited university that has received approval from the U.P. board of education in order to be considered for lateral admission.
AKTU Scholarships 2023
Under the guidelines of the UP State Scholarship programme, AKTU provides financial aid to deserving SC/ST and OBC students. The notification for fee reimbursement for AKTU & affiliated college students is released annually by the state of Uttar Pradesh. Through the online Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement system of the UP state, students enrolled in AKTU-affiliated colleges can apply for fee waivers.
By using the official portal created for the fee reimbursement process, new students can register online for the UPTU Scholarship. The steps listed below can be used by current students to check their status:

- Select Student Login (After Registration) Post metric course from the main menu.
